Robert H Savar, Founder & President
Since 3wCommunications’ inception in 1995, Mr. Savar has been responsible for all aspects of the company’s activities. Prior to founding 3wCommunications, Mr. Savar was President of Pizza Naturally, Inc., Harvard Square Foods Corp. and Jaclyn’s Food Products, Inc., natural foods manufacturing companies that helped pioneer new products such as cholesterol-free and fat-free pizzas; natural and organic frozen entrées; and organic whole wheat bread crumbs. A lifetime entrepreneur, Mr. Savar also invented products such as The Original Pizsoy, the number one selling frozen pizza in the natural foods industry, which was sold to Hain Food Group. Mr. Savar is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where he received a B.A., and SUNY Binghamton, where he received an M.A. in English. Mr. Savar is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cherry Hill Chamber of Commerce, Multimedia Advisory Board of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Advisory Committee for Work-Based Learning, and Advisory Board of Chubb Institute.

Chris Giltz – Executive Vice President
Mr. Giltz joined the management team in 2011 bringing an extensive background in management and operations. As Executive Vice President, his responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure customers continue to receive the high-quality software for which we are known. In his previous role he was Senior Vice President of Operations for a $200 million trucking company. He brings over 25 years of management and software development experience to 3wCommunications. In his management roles in trucking, he was active in the industry serving as Chairman of the Technology Committee for the Intermodal Association of North America as well as a member of the Executive Committee for the Intermodal Motor Carrier Conference for the American Trucking Association. Mr. Giltz attended Florida Atlantic University where he received a B.B.A in International Business.
Kevin Gilper, Chief Technical Officer
Since co-founding WWWC in 1995 with Mr. Savar, Mr. Gilper has supervised all technology-related aspects of WWWC’s operations, including but not limited to Web Design, hosting and application development. Mr. Gilper is primarily responsible for ensuring that WWWC’s computer and technology infrastructure remains state-of-the-art. He is also well-respected consultant in the areas of Systems Integration and Business Intelligence applications. In addition to his current responsibilities at WWWC, Mr. Gilper has lectured on Web design at Burlington County College in Burlington, NJ, has been an expert witness in Internet-related legal matters and a guest Internet expert for Fox TV.
Timothy Parrotte, Creative Director
Since joining 3wCommunications in 1996, Mr. Parrotte has been primarily responsible for supervising our day-to-day web/graphic design activities and for making all decisions regarding graphic design. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Parrotte was a freelance illustrator for ten years. During this time, Mr. Parrotte illustrated three children’s books for Childswork/Childsplay, two of which were among the publishers’ best sellers. Mr. Parrotte has also written and illustrated cartoons that have appeared in National Lampoon’s “Truly Twisted Cartoon Book.” In addition, Mr. Parrotte worked as an independent graphics design consultant, during which time he developed corporate identity graphics and logos for a variety of companies and organizations. Mr. Parrotte graduated the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 1989, where he concentrated in illustration, advertising, and graphic design. To his credit, Mr. Parrotte has designed Websites for MGM Studios and United Artists.
