Developed by World Wide Web Communications (3wC) of Cherry Hill, N.J., the system enables residents of Korman rental properties to pay their rent online easily and effortlessly, thereby saving themselves time.

Tenants can click on “Current Residential Services” in the Korman site at www.kormanresidential.com and either log in (if they already have an account) or be taken to a secure area where they can fill out an online, interactive form to set up an account with a private username and password. Once their account has been approved by a Korman site administrator, they can simply access the payment form by logging in with their username and password. It is so simple that anyone with Internet access can use it.

“We wanted to give our residents the convenience of paying their rent online,” says Dawn Ewing-Ferry, manager of Korman’s International City Chalets property. “We simply communicated what we wanted to accomplish to World Wide Web Communications, and we were up and running in no time. We were astounded by the overwhelming response to our Pay Rent Online Service.”
